e-card Download Information

This page is a guide for customers who have purchased e-cards for downloads.

 

1 Locate The Product

Find the downloadable version of the product the e-card represents.  You can do this using the search (magnifying glass) or by using the drop down menu of categories when you hover over the word shop.

2 Enter Code

Once you have added the product to your cart.  Click the cart on the top right and you will see the product and a box for entering your code adjacent to the button: Apply Coupon. Enter the code on the back of the e-card into this box and click the blue ‘Apply Coupon’ button.

3 Discount Applied

The page will now refresh and you will see that the coupon has applied a discount.  If this is the only product your total should be £0.00.

4 Confirmation Online

Once you click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ you will see a summary page entitled ‘Order Received’.  Now your order should be available to you in two ways:  An Email (See point 5) and in ‘My Accounts’ (See Point 6)

5 Email Confirmation

You should receive an email immediately with a download link.  This allows you to get a copy straight to your computer.  Please check your Junk/Spam box as emails with downloadable links can sometimes be placed in there by email clients (e.g. Outlook, Mail, Thunderbird etc.)

6 My Account

As soon as the product displays ‘Order Received’ for e-card orders your product is now available for download in the ‘My Account’ section at the top right of the website.

Troubleshooting

Hopefully all has worked fine with your e-card and this section is not needed.

Possible questions

My code doesn’t seem to create a discount, or has expired.

When you type the code into the Discount Code box please ensure the correct product is in your cart (that is the downloadable version in the case of products where there are matching physical resources.  All codes can be used multiple times, so it should not expire.

I did not receive a confirmation email.

Please check your junk or spam box in your email client.  If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours then please contact us.  Our server uses encryption security that sometimes prevents certain email providers emails.

Can I share the resource with my team/group.

Yes! As long as the people you are sharing with belong to the same group feel free to email the link to others, or create an account that multiple team members can log in to to download it.  Our files are large and it is easier to download to the device you require rather than attempt to email.
