1. Inflatable globes : These are available to buy in different sizes. (30cm diameter ones available from the Powerpack Trust). Throw it from child to child stopping to pray for a particular country (maybe where the child's right thumb is touching for example).

2.Use an event taking place in a certain country to form a focus for prayer. eg Chinese New Year (Jan / Feb). Combine it with art and craft activities by making something Chinese eg a Chinese lantern or kite or maybe eat some Chinese food together etc.


	3. Prayer Pin: Display a map of the world. Blindfold a child, who then places a pin in the map (like ‘Pin the tail on the Donkey'). The children then pray for that place.
4 Prayer Mats: Prepare a number of large pieces of paper with the name of a different country on each together with a couple of prayer points. (The quantity of ‘mats’ needs to be determined by how many children in the group). Play some appropriate music. When the music stops the children have to run to a prayer mat and pray for whatever country they are standing on. Remove a prayer mat after each time, any children who cannot get onto a mat are out and then their prayer is to thank God for the things that they have because they live in Britain as opposed to a poor country etc. The prayer mats could actually be paper maps.

5. Flags : make flags of nations that you want to target in prayer as a craft project. (Many clipart packages have flags). Use them to focus praying, one countryper session is probably enough. Don't forget to help the children with specific prayer topics.
