Great things are happening at World Harvest Bible Church (WHBC). It was a privilege for Nick and a team to be part of their Destiny Week. Nick was joined by Peter & Sandra Hibbert from Manchester, Fleur (and Josiah) from Manchester, Lizi from Bournemouth and Rachel from Oxford.

 

We looked at our Identity in God - drawing on examples of kids of the bible who did amazing things with Father God. Samuel, David, Daniel, Josiah and Naaman's servant girl. We spent time with God exploring his plans and purposes for our lives.

 

Here are a few responses from the children:

 

"God told me to preach the gospel"

"Not this weekend but before I heard an angel (audibly) he told me to be a doctor and to help ill people."
"God told me someone was sad"  the girl knew who it was and they prayed together.

"God told me that he is very pleased with us doing this (soaking & listening to God) and that if we do this every day he bless us in amazing and unexpected ways"

We all had a great time and were inspired by these kids.  It is great to see kids in action, kids who know God's voice and who want to make a difference with him.
