Heather, Chris & Nick had the privilege of running trainings sessions for 5 local churches in Plymouth and the surrounding areas to support the development of their children’s ministries. We led sessions on the Best Hour Of The Week packed with plenty of stories and testimonies from Heather. In the afternoon we looked at: Powerpacks (How do you make a session ignited with the Spirit), Players Or Spectators (Engaging children in praise and worship), Training Up Prayer Warriors (A look at prayer) and Get the Message (Helping children hear listen to God).
“In the ‘Powerpacks’ session it was great to see leaders really catch what it might mean for their children to encounter the Holy Spirit. The feedback showed that the tools they received would help them take the next steps.” (Heather’s reflection on the session).
On Sunday morning the team led a group of 5-11s to look at how God can use them to bring Heaven to earth – using a variety of sketches, songs an d teaching materials they were able to see kids praying for the sick and asking the Holy Spirit to fill them so that what’s true in heaven can be true in their homes, classes and communities.

We believe that the children today can shake this nation.
