Seth Dahl is the children’s pastor at Bethel Church. His passion is to bring God’s Kingdom to earth with signs and wonders, connecting children to the Father’s heart so that they will serve Him all the days of their lives. He has a passion to bring people into freedom and help children, and children’s leaders, change the world through encounters with God.

Seth spent four years working with Metro Ministries in New York City, a ministry that uses over 55 buses to reach 20,000 children each week. Seth and his wife, Lauren, are graduates of BSSM and are enjoying raising their two children, Brooklyn and August.

Amy Gagnon is the nursery and preschool pastor at Bethel church, and has served as an integral part of Bethel’s children’s ministries for the past seven years. She received her degree in children’s ministry from Simpson University in 1998. Although the Bethel nursery and preschool department has over 75 staff members and a flow of up to 500 children each week, Amy has created a family environment in our rapidly increasing congregation. She has an insatiable hunger to see children reach their full potential in Christ, and works with them to draw out their unique gifts and callings. Amy has a wonderful husband and three daughters, who have played an important role in shifting her mind to include all that God wants to do with supernatural kids.

Laura Griffis is the pastor for our 5th and 6th graders here at Bethel. With over twenty years of experience in children’s ministry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Laura has a heart to develop and train children who are called as leaders to their generation. She has a passion to activate children to advance the Kingdom now, while they are young. Her specific training is focused on character and identity as well as the supernatural lifestyle they were born for. Laura has been married to her husband Jim for over 35 years; they have a wonderful daughter and son-in law and are thoroughly enjoying their twin granddaughters who are toddlers.

Bea Ryan is the 1st through 4th grade children’s pastor at Bethel Church. Bea’s heart is to see the presence of God bring transformation that leads to kingdom alignment, both in children and in her leadership team. She is passionate about developing strong connections and creating healthy dynamics in every arena that she pastors. Bea brings an abundance of experience and wisdom to the team acquired through years of working at Bethel Christian School, pastoring the children’s ministry at Twin View and Simpson campuses, volunteering with the children’s ministry and leading the children’s outreaches for both Sidewalk Sunday School and elementary schools. Bea and her husband, Mike, have been married for over 30 years. They have three children: Elizabeth, Samuel, and Gabriel.

Shaun Shirley is the worship pastor for the children’s ministry at Bethel Church. She is a singer/song-writer who received the gift of music at the age of 16, along with a passion to lead people of all ages into the presence of God. She has been married to her husband, Dake Shirley, for over 25 years, and they live in Redding, CA. They have three children.
