Heather and Chris went to Modena, Italy at the beginning of January 2012. It was a special visit because it marked 10 years of Powerpack in Italy with our friends at ‘Gesu Fonte di Aqua Viva’ church. We were able to celebrate together and it was great to see how God has worked over the years. It was so encouraging to see how they have been able to train up 3 children’s worship bands with the current one leading the praise and worship at a family meeting, at which the children not only received from God themselves but were also able to pray for all the adults!!
The Sunday morning service was a great time when Heather and Chris were very honoured for all that we had done over the years but more especially it was fantastic to see all the youth, who of course had been children when they had made their first trip, all lined up across the front of the church -they were a visual reminder of how teaching, equipping and empowering children sets them up to be young people who are both strong in God and confident to minister. All in all it was a special time and as we shared testimonies of the last ten years we believe that God will do even more in the next 10.
We believe that the children today can shake this nation.
