For the first weekend of the half term the whole Jackson family boarded a ship to Jersey to lead the church weekend for a church in St Helier. Having had plenty of rehearsals of puppet sketches, workshops, drama and mini-talks we were all set. Josie ran the AV, performed dramas and led workshops for craft and Ella led the dance and worship, along with workshops and a puppet sketch, Kath and Nick told stories, did teaching and enjoyed ministering together with Josie & Ella.
The host family we stayed with allowed us to stay a few extra days for a few days break – so it was good to spend time with them and explore the island a bit.
We believe that the children today can shake this nation.
